  • purchasing the product by mistake and requesting a refund after using it
  • requesting a refund without providing any reason or communication

Digital Product Notice

Oh My Etch is a digital product delivered electronically.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content may be provided immediately after payment.

Refunds are issued through Paddle and returned to the original payment method when approved.
